Anna Vondráčková is one of the co-founders of the Popular organisation. She is a graduate of Arts Management at the Prague University of Economics and Business, and works as a production manager and an organiser of cultural events. At the Bardzo fajný festival, she takes care of funding, administrative tasks and technical support. Apart from Popular, she works for the Letní Letná festival of contemporary circus and for the Arts and Theatre Institute where she is in charge of the IDU Academy. At times she is involved in other cultural projects and during COVID-19 also in organising on-line events.

Barbora Doležalová is a translator, interpreter and a cultural project organiser. She is a graduate of English Translation Studies and of Theory and History of Theatre at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno. She has participated in study stays in Great Britain and Poland. Barbora translates from English and Polish into Czech. Furthermore, she works on the development of artistic projects and cooperates, for instance, with the Arts and Theatre Institute or with the International Short Film Festival BRNO16. At the Bardzo fajný festival she is in charge of programming, accompanying events and international partnerships.

Barbora Podškubková is a film and television manager. She has worked with Kino Art, where she was, among other things, at the inception of the Kocham film festival. Barbora founded the first summer cinema in Czechia focused on documentaries Palouk stříbrného plátna or Cinema nad Svitavou. After working as the deputy head of production for Česká televize in Brno, she joined the international audio-visual educational and networking organisation the MIDPOINT Institute. At the Bardzo fajný festival she is in charge of event production.

A graduate of Ethnology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Jana Tománková is a museum manager and curator. Jana has been behind the Bardzo fajný events since the very beginning. She is in charge mainly of the programming and production of the film section. Having worked at the Chrudim Puppetry Museum in Chrudim, at the Linhart Foundation and at the Czech Centre in Warsaw, she is currently the production manager at the National Museum in Prague. She was captivated by Poland and Polish culture during her studies of ethnology and cultural anthropology in Prague, Warsaw, and Kraków.

Tereza Plavecká is one of the co-founders of the Bardzo fajný festival, where she focuses on film programming, communication, PR and social media. She is a graduate of Media and Communication Studies and a student of Public and Social Policy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University. Her love for Polish culture originates from her study stay in Kraków. She has been involved in several Czech and international cultural events and has worked for Bio Oko in Prague and as the audience development manager at the theatre Divadlo Archa. Since 2019 she has been working for Český rozhlas where she has been promoting the sound archives among the public.
